We ship all orders 7 business days from the date of purchase. Every order is handmade to order. There are significant delays for international shipping times due to COIVD-19. Please be aware that packages are taking quite longer that usual to get delivered when sent outside the US.
Standard Shipping - USPS First Class Mail
Delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. While 3-7 business days is very common, there are times where it does take longer. I cannot guarantee delivery dates, as they are only estimations and I will not be held responsible as it is out of my control.
If you need the item delivered sooner, please select either the USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS option at checkout.
USPS Priority Mail* – Delivery 2-3 business days after date of shipment.
With the USPS Priority Mail option, your items will get delivered within 2-3 business days after the date of shipment, based on where you are located within the country. Priority mail also includes $50 in insurance on lost or damaged packages.
USPS Priority Express Mail* – Delivery is guaranteed 1-2 days from the date of shipment.
We will always ship express items one business day after the order is submitted. For example, if you purchase your item on a Tuesday, we will ship off the item on Wednesday and the item will be delivered Thursday or Friday. Priority Mail Express includes $100 in insurance coverage on lost or damaged packages.

» All international orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail International. Delivery time differs for each country. The usual transit time is 10 - 20 days. However, occasionally packages can be delayed substantially up to 45 days due to the package going through customs. We have no control over how long your country's customs officials will hold a package, nor do we have any way of predicting how long they will take. I will not be held responsible for delivery times as it is out of my control. If you would like expedited international shipping, please message me before you make your purchase.
CUSTOMS FEES / DUTY CHARGES
» We are not responsible for any tax or custom fees associated with your purchase. Many countries will charge custom/tax fees in order to receive your package and I have no control over this. I recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable. These fees are NOT extra shipping charges.
TRACKING YOUR INTERNATIONAL ORDER
» The tracking numbers for international shipments only show where they are in the USA. Once they ship overseas, the tracking number will not be updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package still being at a major US city (like Miami, FL), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS SENT BACK TO US
Any packages that are not claimed through your local customs officials and/or post office due to unpaid custom fees/taxes, incorrect address provided, etc. may get sent back to us. If the package is returned back to us for the reasons listed above, you will inquire a re-delivery fee & your original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Q: What is 14K Gold-Filled Jewelry? Can it be worn by people with sensitive skin?
A: Gold filled components contain 100+ times more real gold than gold plated components and are very durable and tarnish resistant. Gold filled jewelry is a beautiful, affordable alternative to solid gold, and can be worn by people with sensitive skin.
Q: How can I take care of my jewelry to ensure it lasts a lifetime?
A: Keep your jewelry dry. Apply makeup and hairspray before putting on your jewelry. Always take off your jewelry before showering, swimming or if you know you will be sweating a lot. After each wear, gently wipe each piece of jewelry clean of make up and skin oils with a jewelry polishing cloth. The best way to store your jewelry is in air-tight plastic baggies. Never keep your jewelry in the bathroom as humidity is the enemy. The rule of thumb is: always last on, first off.
Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: Our processing time takes 7 business days. For shipping time, it depends on which shipping method you choose at checkout. Please see our Shipping Info page for more information on estimated transit times.
Q: What if what I order doesn't fit? Can I exchange it for a different size or length?
A: Yes, of course. Just contact us at email@example.com within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on your exchange. There may be additional fees for extra length on necklaces.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We offer a 14 day full refund policy, and 30 day warranty on all jewelry (with the exception of custom pieces). Just contact us within 14 days of receiving your package to initiate your refund or exchange. Please see our Returns Policy page for full details.
Q: Where is your jewelry made?
A: All of our jewelry is handcrafted in our studio located in Central Florida. Proudly made in the U.S.A.
